With over 25+ years in government contracting, Dr. Dadoo has a proven history of driving businesses to expand their presence and exceed growth and profit objectives. He was the founding member & CEO of DIGITALSPEC, LLC. (SBA 8a Certified Company) and drove revenue from 250K to $34M within 5 years. Prior to that he served as Director/Program Executives with Computer Associates, CSC, PwC, IBM and Northrop Grumman.

Under his leadership he has grown DIGITALSPEC around the foundational belief that advancing customer missions matters most. Leading IT strategy and business transformation initiatives for corporations and Federal Government agencies, He has guided DIGITALSPEC through tremendous growth, all while expanding capabilities and solutions that enable customers to solve complex problems and meet critical missions that impact the nation and the world. Some of the prime contracts won during his tenure were at the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, OPM, Education and among others. The company has always been ranked by Washington Fast 50 Companies.

Dr. Dadoo is committed to service excellence and continuous process improvement and is evidenced by supporting and leading the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level-3 for Development and Services and ISO/IEC registrations for 20000-1:2018, 27001:2013, and 9001:2015.

Recently Dr. Dadoo led the acquisition effort at DIGITALSPEC to onboard Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) with the support of growth equity fund. Post acquisition he was appointed as the officer and CEO of the NHO and he in turn worked with SBA to be accepted in the 8(a) Program. Was instrumental in getting their first 2 Prime Sole Source contracts with DHS/CBP and DCSA.

Dr. Dadoo embarked on his educational journey at George Washington University with BS in Computer Science, MS in Management Information System and Doctorate in Business Administration. This academic foundation has provided him with the knowledge and skills that serve as the bedrock for his professional endeavors.
