As Managing Principal and CEO, Pooja Behl provides vision and leadership for RyanshTech. She is responsible for RyanshTech’s direction, strategic goals, and growth objectives, with a focus on delivering transformative solutions for defense and civil missions. Pooja’s dynamic management style ensures consistent delivery excellence to customers and fosters a strong culture of professional growth within RyanshTech. Pooja is a seasoned management executive in the federal and commercial sectors and brings over 15 years of experience in consulting, program/project management, quality improvement, and business development.

She holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from Delhi University. Pooja is a VA resident and has two boys and a dog. She is an ”avid golfer.”
